Fan art.... must be. It's pretty rare for a film to put out teaser posters two years in advance. Plus it's a little bit Photoshop heavy and I doubt they'll go with that title. It's a little lazy. I think Riddler rumours were being spread before The Dark Knight even hit the screens.
Still, not a bad piece of work.
