Great band, they claim that they are not a political band, just political people. They were a four piece band based in the UK, that combines influences from metal, hardcore punk, and rap. They broke up in around 2003.

Yeah, I got to see them a couple of times. Pretty good live band, not listened to "Buy Now, Saved Later" for a while. I think they were probably support for pitchshifter early on but I'm not sure. I've been to too many gigs!

i saw them far too many times round 99 2000 2001 as they seemed to be at every gig i went to good stuff from what i can remember hehe

They breed into "Mars Volta"? or that's another band? That was 'At The Drive In'. They split into Mars Volta and Sparta.

Yep, like most of yawl I've seen em live around 5 times! They were a great live band and despite the odd rant at a gig they never really pushed the political thing. The singer Yap has a good band called Pink Punk now. Tis mainly his spoken word rants done over beats n stoof.

one minute silence is pretty good, don't remember who suggested the band to me, or how the heck I got some tracks, but they're cool from what I do remember
