I always wanted to know what made JS to do another version of TIM's Predisposed.
I don't know why but on TIM's version sounds like Justin had a little time to write and record, sounds as he was free-styling more than he knew what to do, but that was pretty much his style on Sikth.
On the other hand even though Justin has a great voice, Pitchshifter's version sounds more tight with JS on vocals, I'd really love to hear at least one tune like this on the new album.

Ben Woosnam (?) from Hendo Maclean did a version of Predisposed as well. It wasn't that good.
Apparently some other guest vocalists did their own version of songs on the first (and maybe even second) album, including a Kerrang editor at the time. I think the idea was to release these tracks as internet downloads through itunes, so fans of certain vocalists could pick and mix what songs they wanted to buy.
I was pretty annoyed on the last album that "Avenue of Heroes" and "Who Has Questions For The Dead?" was the same tune with different vocalists. It just felt a bit of a con to go on the officially released album when one could have been a b-side or an extra seperate internet purchase. Although, T.I.M. did have difficulty getting some of the vocalists to follow through on their promise to appear on the album so maybe they ran out of material.

Ah, right, I think it's on the TIM dvd. I'll need to double check.

I never realized Predisposed was a TIM cover...probably because I never really got all that into them. Would love to hear more of this style though...its a good mix of the old and new. And man it gets me going in the gym when it pops up on my iPod.
